Used Tires:

Walker County Landfill on their "Retire Your Tires" Amnesty Day. Please check the Walker County Landfill's website here for this year's scheduled date.

Used Paints:

Walker County Landfill will accept latex and oil paints, but residents must abide by the following procedure to ensure it is accepted.

  1. Remove the lid
  2. Mix cat litter into the paint
  3. Allow the paint to completely dry
